By downloading or using Veelo, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

Veelo is a voice-powered note-taking application that uses AI to process speech into structured notes with optional reminders. The app is available as a free version with limited daily usage and a paid subscription ("Veelo Pro") with unlimited access.

Subscriptions

Veelo Pro is available as a monthly ($7.99/month) or yearly ($59.99/year) subscription.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

Free Tier

Non-subscribers may create up to 3 voice notes per day. This limit resets daily.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app.
Abuse the AI service by sending excessive, automated, or malicious requests.
Circumvent any usage limits or security measures.

Intellectual Property

The Veelo app, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us. Your notes remain yours — we claim no ownership over content you create.

Disclaimer

Veelo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may contain errors. We are not responsible for missed reminders, data loss, or inaccurate AI processing.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.

Apple's EULA

This app is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
